At the time of connection I was promised of 1 mbps unlimited internet speed. When I asked about any upper limit, I was told that there is no such limit. Later when speed went low and and I called customer care they told me that you have exceeded upper limit so speed is lower now. There was no such condition on connection documents, plan details or on tikona website. This condition was kept hidden from me. Now I am suffering from low internet speed. Even I disconnected my previous connection because of their fake promise.
