This is a complaint regarding Tikona Internet Service provider, here I m suffering from internet connection problem since past 3-4 weeks. I called up the customer care center daily 4-5times, but I was just given false promises. Yesterday (22/01/2011) two technicians were sent at my place and found a problem with the modem device and the only solution was to replace it. They promised me to replace it immediately before 9PM that day. But no one has showed up with the new device till now (5.30PM 23/01/2011). I have been calling up the customer care since yesterday till now but I have recieved nothing but false promises again and agian. I have also been trying to call the technicians but they are not recieving my calls.
I am a student of IT engineering and I have lost much of my precious time due to this problem. I have suffered a lot and have no other option than complaining.
I hope that my complaint will be taken to consideration.
