Respected Sir/Madam,
I Abdul Sameer using Tikona Broadband connection since 1 year in Mira road area. At the start i was very happily using the service but after few months i was not getting proper network due to which i was not able to use Internet but still got same amount bill (449rs unlimited plan). But when i made several complaints it got rectified by giving me waiver for what i have not used.
But again I was facing the network issue & this time we have changed our address but then too faced network issue at new place, for which i called to customer care & logged 2 complaints for network & change in address. After severl attempts there was no response from Tikona, none of them called me & nor my issue resolved.
Therefore I request you to please look into the matter & raise a necessary alarm, so that other subscribe should not face the similar kind of response from Tikona.

Yes,m totally agreed of sameerji comments,bcoz m allready suffering,the reason of wrong billing and wrong commitment of tikona service advisor,I have suffered continue 3 to 4 months the reason of networking problem and have informed to advisor also,he said,will one month waiver deffinetely and the tikona will not raise the bill to you and the call will come to you from mumbai head office and they will confirm you for a waiver,they calledup and commit me for waiver,but again the tikona has raised me the bill and calledup for the payment and send the person to my home for collection the payment,I have told to everybody,who has come or calledup,tikona has waivered me this month bill but still m suffering,the tikona has not solved the issue,expecting,they will do seriously solve it soon....
