This complaint is against Tikona Digital Services which gives internet services. I used its services from 2012 to 2013, while I was in New Delhi. I had been transferred in my company during September 203. I had opted to cancel the services at the end of September 2013. But Tikona did not do so as they told me that I can get my connection relocated to Kolkata (my new workplace). For the same a person came in the second week of October. The person came and told me that connection could not be installed as the building does not lie within the network of the tower after checking the feasibility. After which I ordered for a disconnection.
While leaving Delhi I had also contacted Tikona to collect their instruments, for which they did not come on time.
Tikona normally asks for money on an advance basis on a quarterly basis. The amount I did not pay as there was no connectivity in my area. I had already paid for the time I had used in Delhi on an advance basis.
For the same I had talked much time on the customer care and they assured me that the same will happen. But to my shock they kept on generating bills.
They generated two bills

I did not pay the above bills as I did not use their services.
But a female by the name of Shalini Sachdeva called on 24 Jan 2014 (From Mobile ********33) stating that she is a Government lawyer and is talking from a Delhi court as a case is pending against me for the bill. She told me that if I did not pay the bill I have to come for hearings. Like every common man I was afraid and paid the bill of 1565 on Tikona website by the transaction Id 402428700130. The lady also asked for money for instruments. But I had told her that it was the fault from Tikona that they did not send a person on time. She asked me the transaction id which I gave her. She told me that she will me a NOC. After the transaction she never sent me any NOC or anything else, which prompted to think that she was a recovery agent.

Hi Neeraj, so many people are facing this problem, my office coulige my friends and including my sister she hav made full and final settlement of the bill but two days back she received a call from shalini ********33 from this number stating that she is lawyer from trikona, I think this is a fraud company & they are applying a rubbish trick to rob innocent ppls money in installment , I think we ppl have to do something against this kind of ppl or they wil continue to this
