I have paid Rs.1650/- to Tikona for Broadband services. Plan: ADBBM699 unlimited. The tech support is horrible. When called to Customer care @ 1-800-20-94276, they take complaint and assure for technical person visit to spot for quick resolution. But technical person never visit to spot for any support. Tikona service is worst service compared to competitiors.

From past 4 days my issue is not resolved. I have requested Tikona to call me only at: 06:00Am to 11:00am, but they call after 1pm which I am unable to take call because of business hours. Technical support person will call to confirm that he is about to visit my house in next 20 mins but he will never show up after wards.

My complaint no: 1-2********4 is never been reslove till date.

I am unable to use internet. But Tikona will send sms related to bill payment mentioning that more datails are provided in email sent to my registered email. I think they do not have brains. Without internet, how can I read email. Call to customer care service center is hell.

Nothing work at Tikona. I have been fooled by Tikona.
