Hi,
this is to inform you that we went to shirdi by GOA express on 2nd AC on 01st Sep 11 but when we entered in the A2 boogie we found the AC was not working and boogie was stinking like anything. The A to Z company who are the contractors to clean the wash room not done there job properly.
Same problem was there when we returned back from Koper Gaon to Delhi on same train on 4th Sep 11. the problem remains the same. Beggars were there all the time to enjoy the AC . Washroom were so dirty. very very bad service from indian railways.
request you to refund our money.

Dear Railway Board, i agree to what my fellow pesangers had experianced with the GOA express journey,...It seems this is the worlds worst train ! well after paying handsome money the dirty clothing, flooring and stinking toilets with beggars allover disturbing the nonsence journey. food is pathetic, attendent were pathetic...in short we must take up strongly with the railway board. Indian public has no gutts to fight against the nonsence behaviour of the railways team.board should takeup strongly and ensure the reasonable journey and value for money to the passangers !
