Dear Sir,
I have booked my trip of kullu manali from happy Journey.I pay 7000 Rs advance for 3 days stay ,after that at starting of journey i pay 10,000 Rs more while agency only hold my room and i have to pay hotel.They charge 10,000Rs only for holding the hotel while it was decided that they will pay.Please help me to get return my 10,000Rs back.
