I booked the ticket to travel from chidambaram to chennai through online.

- It was marked as 11:55 P.M but the bus came 1.45 hrs late.

- They booked same seat for to person, the later entry is scape goat.

- They merge two bus into single bus, (I am doubt whether they are having two bus. In online they show two bus), so they are making double money for same seat and trying to adjust the people, the late entry is scape goat.

- The bus condition is very poor condition, no cleanliness.

- The bus incharge is not helpful they dont know how to behave to passanger. Zero % hospitality. They behave very rude & they dont feel sorry/mistake for what had happened.

- It looks like everything is well planned and they want to run the show like this. Cheating the customer. Getting more money offering very poor service. Behave very bad.rude.

- Over all had a very bad experience during my travel.

Note: When I tried to book in Univeral travels througn online it showed very poor rating for this travels & also warned me, but detail was not given proper. So i was wondering how the private bus service will offer worst service, except starting late than the promised time and thought to give a try.

But for a try, I had a very bad experience. So never even think to try for a travel in Universal travels.
