i was going from delhi to jalandhar city ticket number 12986258 superfast (369km ) (ticket no.12986258) but i sat into shatabdi express delhi-amritsar and they issue me the ticket amounting Rs.1290 (ticket no.596664) but the TT misbehaved with me and did not adjust the money ..
so kindly, adjust my money otherwise i would take no time to go time to consumer court for redressal of my grievances since i am your bonafide customer.
