I have given my car for body repair on 11July,2017 at ROHAN MOTORS,Deharadun because i have met with an small accident in which my driver side headlamp ,fender ,bumper and bonnet was at impact everything else was working perfectly as the car was repaired and serviced on 24June,2017 in which service was worth of Rs.40,000/-from Magic Auto Delhi.My car was in a perfect state i had zero dept insurance of Maruti's, National Insurance Company Ltd. ,at the time of receiving they have given me the time of max 2 weeks. Every day in the morning i used to call for taking the update and reminding the adviser to give my car on priority bases for as soon as possible.In the starting advisor on my car was VINAY(HEAD ADVISER OF BODY SHOP ) and ANKIT(ADVISER OF BODY SHOP) they have taken 1 week which is work of 2 days max,after that the part was ordered on 8th day which had taken next 5 days to come and during that period no other work has been done on the car ,i was requesting regularly to do mechanical checkup during that period but then also no work was done on the 13th day part was recieved and another 2 days was taken to unload the part from the truck and get from body shop.On 15th day body work has finally started and another 1 day was taken to complete that work between this 16 days due to heavy rainfall there parking lot get filled with water due to which there 22 cars has severe mechanical and electronic error due to waterlog in which my car was also included ,I got to know this when i have visited the bodyshop for checking my car as Vinay has promised to deliver my car on 24 July,2017 ,but it was filled with water.Then they have taken next 2 days to dry my car.On 18th day mechanical and electronic checkup was done in which many parts was damaged due to waterlog so they have requested all the parts on 18th day ,which has taken next 3 days to receive that parts and another 1 day to unload it from the truck.Till now my adviser on car was Vinay but as it was taking so much time i have complaint in ROHAN MOTORS ,so they provided me the cell no. of TYAGI (MANAGER/HEAD OF BODY SHOP) from that day TYAGI was my advisor on the car.On 1August TYAGI ji have promised me to deliver the car on 4August as till that date all the fitting and checking should be done .On 4th,August i have visited the Body shop again that day car engine started but when i checked the car there was many problem left like Power Steering ,stereo,central locking module was fused and much more.Then they have promised that they will provide the car on 8August perfectly .Again on 8August i visited again no work was done again i returned then i again complained they have provided me the cell no. of NARUPAM CHOUHAN(AGM OF ROHAN MOTORS) he promised me to provide my car till 9August perfectly.Again i visited this time power steering was ok but Again they have attached some demo stereo which was not working properly and some diesel filter problem and car was dirty ,so they requested me to 1 day so that they can give the car in perfect condition and so that no mishap happens .On 10August they have told me to provide me car till 1PM i was there at 12:30pm and at last they have provided me the car at 7PM with again many electrical problem and 10 litre of DIESEL while at the time of receiving it was full.And assured me that no mechanical problem will happen and on 11,August 2017 they will resolve all the electrical problem also .So i have to go to my work and while returning on 11,August 2017 12:40AM my car stopped with some pump sign of ORANGE color and diesel was spilling from back side of the car and i was stuck in at night in the middle of dense forest all night asked for help from everone at ROHAN motors but no one provided one at night ,in morning mechanic came and had taken the car so they provided me repacement car which also stop working at night.Today is 17August now they are asking another 3 days.I have recieved my car on 22 August finally i recieved my car with many works pending because i have to rush to Delhi for my work and assured by the AGM Narupam Chauhan of Rohan Motors,Dehradun that all the pending work will be completed at any Rohan Motors workshop in Delhi Easily just by calling him .On 30th October i took my car to Rohan Motors ,Mathura Road ,Delhi for work and faced a lot of difficulties there also.Firstly AGM Narupam Chouhan refused many parts stating that these parts cant be broken due to waterlog but when i recorded one of there employees only he have to cahnge that part and for all the other parts he stop attending my calls and put me on hold at Rohan Motors ,Mathura Road ,Delhi. I waited for almost 4 hours for his call but he did'nt called. Now i does'nt want this car because it has many problems with it ,either Rohan Motors True value have to buy it in 8 Lacs Rupees or can exchange it from new car
