Hello,

This is in regards to the unsatisfactory behavior of Vipul Motors Service Center, Sector 3, Noida.

Today, i went to Vipul Motors Service Center, Noida at 2:00 pm as i am facing some issue with the performance of Swift VXi.

Issues with vehicles are:
1. Pick-up performance is not good.
2. Humming sounds are coming when vehicle stops at any Red Light.
3. Excess fuel consumption.

For all these problems, Service Advisor (SA) told me that there might be some problem with A/C valve. He also told me that we will check and if, valve need to be changed then it will be changed or we\'ll clean it (chargeable). And the time frame given to me was 2-3hrs and vehicle will be given back to me at 6:00 pm.

Now, when mechanic was opening that valve, a nut has been broken as nut was hard to open. So, he opened lots of things and told SA that the broken nut needs to be removed properly which SA further communicated to me.

At 6:00 pm, i asked my SA about the status of the vehicle and how much time still they take. Then after inquiring with mechanic, he informed me that they will deliver my vehicle tomorrow. Here, around 5:00 pm i have been informed that broken nut has been removed and i\'ll get vehicle at 6:00pm.

My question is that, why i have not been informed earlier that i need to leave vehicle for the day? Why no one informed SA about this? After spending whole day in the Service Center, i returned with nothing. Why there is such kind of communication gap? Why service center people playing with customer\'s time?

Who is responsible for my problem? Who will pay the losses which i am facing now because of not delivering vehicle on time?

Kindly explain.
