I was one of the loyal customers of Maruti who have taken its 1st car and have some spent some memorable moments in my life of 67years.
Recently when my car was due for servicing I have faced instances which I will never forget in my rest of life which has heart me an lot. I have given my car for servicing at Automotive-Nerul, NaviMumbai.

Right from the beginning to book for servicing till now my points are-

1. Though I have a confirmed appointment for servicing, I was asked to come later due to negligence of your staff as they have confirmed by booking on different ledgers.

2. On my explanation and justification, they have accepted my car for repairs. See how the Senior citizen of India is treated.

3. I have booked car on 30/05 & delivery was confirmed for 02/06. On 01/06, I get a call from your sales executive to take an exchange offer. I have blasted him as lot my memories are with that car. How anyone can ask for exchange offer when his car is in servicing. Why it was not told us when I visited your showroom for repairs.

4. I haven’t got the car on 2nd and nor on 3rd and not on 4th morning as assured by Service Executive from time to time.

5. Now I have got the time for 4th evening…Don’t you think is it some tactics to harass and encourage me to buy new car…If so….I am very disappointed.
If you will keep me in your shoes, then you will realize what I am saying about. With Company like you, I don’t expect such tactics to sale cars. I hope and wish that my car is repaired to best of service and doesn’t fail. I have agreed to quotations for repairs but I have first time doubt on your service and sales efficiency. In case, it fails with this entire episode, I will ensure to unturned any stone to expose it.

I support this complaint.my maruti 800AC bearing Reg No. KL 10 AA 5090 had met an accident and then the vehile has taken to dealer A.M MOTORS at Malappuram and the right rear door has totally changed and after one month time the top part paint has gone and then made some qurries to that office and even one sale officer has contacted he has not responded to the qurries,But no response to the matter so far. pl do needful.
