Poorvika Mobiles - very worst in servicing customer

hello poorvika mobiles you are VERY WORST in servicing mobiles for your customers, I bought XOLO A500 mobile in march 2013 in he month of jan 2014 i gave its battery for replacement still there is no response from your centre regarding that issue, myself only needed to ask for every time whats the status of that issue not even a single call from your side about that issue. really its very frustrating on your approach. Look into this issue as early as possible.

Hi Yogi,

It seems the problem is not from Poorvika's end but from the customer service of XOLO mobile. I think you are wrong for blaming Poorvika for the wrong done from XOLO's end.

I'm saying this because of the personal experience I had with them. Poorvika's customer service is absolute best.
