i have bought a micromax mobile named BOLT A65 in the month of may this year. Not even 1 year is over the mobile has created many problems. it's battery has become so less, the touch has become very less sensitive, it has an old anderoid version, the mobile is filled up with cracks. PLS provide me with a solution.

Dear Vijay Arvind i have also purchase micromax a110 mobile from poorvika mobile store last year. after 3 month from the purchasing date my mobile was giving me same touch screen and battery problem then i contacted poorvika mobile store they suggest me to go to micromax service center i visited the place after they advice me to submit my mobile for 15 days i agreed and submitted my mobile, after 15 days they delivered me my mobile i checked and found that the problem was solve and my mobile was working very smoothly. so i suggest you to visit micromax service center once i am very much sure they will help you to solve your mobile touch screen and battery issue.
