Poorvika Mobiles - in warranty period no proper service

i purchased intex aqua trend mobile in poorvika on 02/10/2015,porur branch.This morn i went to branch,made complaint,that mobile is not charging,no flash light in camera and torch light not working.they told its not their responsibility,i myself have to take the mobile for service centre in jafferkhanpet.I replied I purchased here ,I have the warranty period too but no response.
mobile cost 9800,warranty period is there and i am the sufferer now.
better while giving advt itself,tell properly,poorvika is only for sale and not service.
Complainant's Goal: like me others should not suffer,take action
