I have purchased mobile Lava iris 360 from poorvika mobiles showroom from old washermenpet chennai.600021 at the rate of 4700with inclusive tax of 14.5%(595),but when i asked your customer care
no. they told me only 3300 the rate of mobile. you have cheated me Rs 1400

Hi Velammalselva i read your comment i must tell you their must be some mis-understanding. I too have purchase mobile phone and many other accessories from poorvika mobile store. and in my opinion they have very helpful staff, i recommended poorvika mobile store name to many of my friend and they are also pretty happy with their service.
