Airtel Telemedia Services - There is automatic deduction of money without using the service.

This Complaint is about AIR TEL (BHARTI AIRTEL) which has now turned intoa a big cheater. There is automatic deduction of money from my balance amount at various rates even If I do not make any call or use any other service from my cell phone. I have been making complaints To customer Care Cell since 09.05.09 to till date regularly but there is no solution in sight except assurances. The customer care makes a refund of my amunt thus illegally deducted. I have been tired making complaints. Today also i.e. on 15.05.09 at about 11.45 A.M.when I contacted the Customer Care, I was told that no amount has been deducted today. Yet, in the evening the amount was deducted on account of surfing from my cell, as per information received from customer care. Whereas, I have never surfed from my cell after 09.05.09 uptill now. I furnished the exact time when the cell phone has been in my custody and I took a not of my balance. Yet, within that time, someone is stated to have used my connection and surfed from it. I was surprised to nte it that it is nothing but a theft of money from the account. There is always a different excuse from the customer care and they have also refunded me the money illegaly deducted. The question is why is it happening time and again and I am busy making complaints almost on daily basis. If I do not make any complaint, one fine morning I will find my entire balance finished without using the phone/service. Besides my regular complaint on 09.05.09 to 11.09.09 there is a complaint No. is 511******** Dt.11.05.09 and complaint No.1552899500 Dt. 15.05.09.

Despite the above, I have been getting pesky calls from different numbers like : from ********76 on 30.03.09 at 2.36 p.m., from ********19 on21.04.09 at 6.39 p.m., from ********27 on 02.05.09 at 12.29 p.m. and also on 01.05.09 at 12.31. p.m., from 91-11******** on 16.04.09 at 4.15 p.m. (City Financial Services) from ********69 on 13.05.09 at 12.00 p.m. etc, despite getting myself registered with DND registry way back in 2007. I have also lodged a complaint with customer care recently on 11.05.09 under complaint No. 0511******** but there is no sollution.
