Airtel Telemedia Services - I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY AIRTEL INDIA

I AM A CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL PREPAID AND MY MOB NO ********7567. MOBILE OFFICE SERVICE OF AIRTEL IS ACTIVATED IN MY PHONE (NOKIA 3110)FOR WHICH MONTHLY RS 500 IS PAID BY ME. UNLIMITED SURFING IS AVAILABLE IN THE SCHEME. ON 0030 AM OF 11 MAY WHILE I WAS SURFING AND I STOPPED AND DISCONNECTED MY HANDSET FROM PC , SUDDENLY I GOT AMESSAGE THAT RS 196 HAS BEEN CUT.IMMLY I LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS BCOZ OF TECHNICAL PROBLEM OF AIRTEL GPRS SERVICE AND I WAS ASSURED THAT MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BACK. AGAIN IN MORNING AROUND 0800 HRS I TRIED SURFING AND THIS TIME RS 22 WAS DEDUCTED ILLEGALLY.AGAIN I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE.FROM 11 MAY TILL TODAY I PUT AROUND 10 COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL(TELE-121) AND GPRS CELL OF AIRTEL(12143) AND EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED THAT MY AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN NEXT 24 HRS.BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE. SUDDEN DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM MY AIRTEL PREPAID HAS INCURRED ME A HEAVY LOSS IN BUSINESS AS I WAS TO PLAN A MEETING WHICH I COULD NOT DO.PLEASE INTERVENE TO REPAY THE ILLEGAL DEDUCTION MADE BY AIRTEL AND FIX A COMPENSATION AMOUNT IN LIEU OF MY MENTAL TENSION AND LOSS IN BUSINESS.
