Dear one -

I ordered one reebok body spray before 15 days in shopclues.com and still i dnt receive my prduct.

My Product details are as follows:

Despite many remainder sent across and calls made up((0124) 388 4500 and (0265) 339 0148), the response is quite bad.
Is this the way, u(shopclues.com) always treat people and their online shopping? Is this some kind of funny games you are playing with us?

When i try to chat with the customer care online, there is no proper reply from them.
There is a guy named SAM, who is there online, promising that the product will reach me in 1 or 2 days, and this
happens for the past few days, even i have asked him to refund the money.

Is this a funny/fake site, that is playing with our hard-earned money.?
What should i do to get back my money. Have you come across such fake websites that is foolish people then and there and always?

There is not a stable or technically strong site, to support its customers.

The only one thing I want to emphasize through this complaint to ShopClues is that "Please don’t even entertain hurting people on their online shopping.. let our shopping not be wonderful... atleast let it be hassle-free"

Please raise your voice/complaints here so as to avoid people getting involved and purchase items here in this website.
