ShopClues - SHOPCLUES NOT REFUNDING MY AMOUNT

I PLACED ONLINE ORDER FOR YXTEL G926 MODEL MOBILE VIDE ORDER NO. 25120875 DT.29TH OCTOBER 2014. THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED TO MY ICICI CREDIT CARD. HAVING RECEIVED NO INFORMATION ABOUT TRACKING OF MY ORDER, I ADVISED SHOPCLUES TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND THE MONEY.

AFTER 4 WEEKS, THE MONEY IS STILL TO BE RECEIVED AT MY END AND THE ONLINE SHOPPER (SHOPCLUES) IS CLUELESS AS WHEN THE AMOUNT WILL REACH ME.

MY NUMEROUS TELEPHONIC CALLS TO REACH THE CONCERNED OFFICE IN SHOPCLUES DID NOT GIVE ANY REASONABLE SUCCESS.
