ShopClues - SHOPCLUES NOT REFUNDING MONEY

I purchased one Samsung Galaxy Trend Mobile phone from Shopclues.com on 12/02/2014 as order no 11131289 and paid fully via credit card. The company assured me that the product will be delivered between 20th and 22nd of February and gave the tracking no of the Parcel as U********168 in First Flight courier. The same was not delivered till March 14 TH. Upon giving them complaints on 22 and 24 , 26, 28 of February they are still biting time and saying they need "48 hours more" like this they have not yet given me either the product nor my refunds. I had been waiting for almost 30 days without getting the product nor refunds. I had called their call centre several times still there is no progress in anything. Now its seen in their website that the product is marked as undelivered and returning to the merchant back that is shopclues.com. So I will not get the product anyways, but they have not mentioned when they are going to give back my money. I need immediate resolution for the same.
