Dear Sir,

I am Sudhir Himmatrao Bhogade living near Sopanrao Bhoir Railwayfly over in Dalvinagar, Chinchwad Pune - 411033.
My Father Himmat Nathu Bhogade was working with EME for two years. Then he joined Pune Police as EX-Service man.
He misuses his powers against my whole family. He also claims that he or his team has won Rashtrapati Puraskar so no body can do anything against him. He was last designated as ASI in Maharashtra Police (pune).

He generally take help of various policmen, his relatives (e.g. his elder brother Jaysingh Nathu Bhogade, his another relative and Promod B. Thube who is a HR in 3M Pimpri) & few politicians (e.g. existing corporator of ward No. 21 from Pimpri chinchwad corporation - Mrs. Shamim M. pathan & her elder son Sajid pathan who is a union-leader in SKF India, Mr. Bhausaheb Bhoir from Congreess I, President pune city).

He also claims that his few batch mates from Police department are/were Supreromo - i.e the term from crime world dealing in Brown sugar & Charas for this business various people helps him few of them are listed here are - his Daughter's Inlaws (e.g. Tukaram Tapkir from Kothrud who was working with Cummins India, Pradeep D. Thube whose father Late. D. R. Thube was the police officer, Mr. Deore who is dealing from Transport-nagar Nigdi Pune who help these troops with transport related issues for this business his son Vishal Deore helps him in this and his friend Vishal Edison who is software Engg. & Mr. Balwant R. Thube who was in teaching profession also helps them.)

I has went to Police commissioner office in Chinchwad & placed written complient against few of them but nobody took any action they just don't entertain me, gave me huge lecture & after some time pass they just told me to leave.

I tried to put this in front of few ministors also but they just don't care of it as election of 2014 are due in few months & these Supreromos are finacer for their party funds.

He always creates various troubles to us & our wellbeings which could be proved with the help of Anti-Black magic act only.
So no existing Law or Act is there to punish him or to contro his activities or to stop his supporters.)

Few Army Ex-service man also helps them in this but they always claims that they have seperate courts & set of laws so nothing can be done against them.

Please help me in this as this is my last hope with your department.
