This is Ahanthem Anupama Devi, an ex- employee of Infosys, Banglaore(Electornic city). My employee ID was 933791. I was working in Infosys BPO with British Telecom as Voice process executive from 27th April 2009 to 21st June 2010. This mail is regarding the Settlement that I was supposed to receive from Infosys BPO.
According to Kalpana, an HR in building 28, my FINAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT amount was supposed to be credited after 45 days from the last day of my work. I have written quite a few number of times to few departments(bpo salary department and BHR) and have been following up from 11th Aug 2010. After an ages i got reply from Infosys but not an accurate one. Pavithra (BHR) told me to wait for a week time in the last mail from INFOSYS as they happened to find out some issue with the settlement.
Its been a week now, without any update.I really dnt know What is being done about resolving the issue that has happened in providing my settlement from Infosys BPO ? They just kept telling me that they are looking into the matter all the time. I strongly feel that there is no interest taken at all,its more than 3 months now that I left the company and its going to be 2months that i have been approaching these people and department(bpo salary department ) to help me in getting my settlement.
I asked them if i should come in person and meet someone at the HR or the exit help desk at Electronic City but they again told me to wait which is really frustrating. THEY ARE MAKING WAIT FOR QUITE LONG DESPITE OF LETTING THEM KNOW THAT M HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEM.I would hav not been so impatient as I am now if sb could hav reponded to my query in the begenning itself. Had this issue been dealt in a professional way, I wudnt hav been waiting for such a long time. I HOPE MY CONCERN IS UNDERSTOOD.

Hello All,
I need to know is " Infosys Technologies Ltd., organization policy" says that female employees should mandatory stay back after 9 pm(IST) in company to finish the works(issue)?.
If yes in the sense, what company is doing favor to female employee in related to security for their life?
If they stay back after 9 pm for the company work, whether the company sending any security person along with the female employees till they reach the door step of home?
Apart from this to meet the business delivery, they made female employees to stay back in office after 9 pm(IST) to close the critical issues with hurry burry and giving mental stress,pressure to the female employees and for the family persons(Father, mother, guardians).
If any thing goes wrong( female employees life ) after returning from office to home means at late night after 9 pm (IST)? then infosys only will lose the valuable resources by next upcoming days to finish the business deals.
so its not at all good for the company reputation, that too a company having good name in the market will get bad symbol like this. so here after i request the company to dont dont dont ask to stay back the female employees after 9 pm(IST).
it is really a serious issue and that to for your safe reputation in the market.
