I am an X-Employee of Infosys BPO. My last working day at Infosys BPO was 25th September 2012. As per the company policies mentioned on my offer letter I should be paid with Gratuity
And my last month payment but instead of it they are expecting 8200 RS from me

I tried to communicated with them by mails but there are presenting so many rules and regulations of company which were never been communicated with me in my employment period.

Because of all these issued I am in a great financial trouble as my whole family is dependent on me and also afraid if they will not give me my PF also.

Below are the components which are not been calculated or considered in my FNF

1. Loyalty Bonus
2. Variable pay
3. Extra working on Sunday (1692012)
4. Leave Balance of 1 day
5. On duty Record for 23rd and 24th of September
6. Gratuity
