Hi,
I worked in Infosys for 2.5 yrs and quit before 8 months.
I got my gratuity and PF amounts, but yet to receive my EPS amount.
I checked with the retirals team and they sent me a separate form for it.
I filled it and sent to the desired address as stated by them. They told they ve received the form and it will take 3-4 months. But, its almost 8 months now and i am yet to get the EPS amount. Its around 18,000 Rs. for me.
I am not sure, if Infosys is giving this amount to their ex-employees.
As far as i know, none of my friends are aware of this EPS and they ve not applied for it.
Is this not a big cheating?
Employee's Contribution: 8% of Employee's basic salary goes to PF.
Employer's Contribution: 8% of Employee's basic salary goes to PF.
But Infosys sends only 5% (not accurate) to PF and rest to EPS. Finally does not return it to ex-employees. This is not fair. Please do something for this.
