Vodafone UP East - Regarding wrong billing against my previous no. 9919755111 which is surrendered

My SIM was lost on 16.10.2010. I have make FIR on this point at Conelarganj Kotwali on 16.10.2010 and after that I pay all dues & surrender my No. ********11 on 18.10.2010 in Vodafone House at Allahabad but bill was generated and send to me since November 2010. I concact to Vodafone but they were not responding and always tell that you will pay all the dues after that they will close my billing which was already surrendered by me. I am very tentionized in this matter.
Please help me in this matter. I will be highly oblized you.
