the amount billed from Vodafone against my mobile number ********29 details,
SMS charge alone is charging Rs. 2343 which is shocking to me .Single number 52425 charged for @ every 15 -20 sec .
which i never used ,in last 3 years of association with vodafone .
I had shown to Mr. Shidharth the billed amount some 3-4 days back .He also tried to call on this number – no response . He sent the SMS from his mobile on this number – and no response .
We at indo asian having approx 100 corporate connection of vodafone and due to unsatisfactory services , we are forced to withdraw vodafone connection usage .In this month we had took off approxiomate 25 connection .
My bill for last month just hurrasing and is showing highest degree of customer dissatisfaction .
The moment i seen bill i took off the sim and waiting vodafone service to resolve the issue .
