Vodafone UP East - Vodafone wrongly blocked my number and troubling me after that

My number numbers ********93, ********06 and ********61 were ported from BSNL to Vodafone somewhere in middle of September. On 30th Oct Vodafone blocked my all three numbers saying that my bill on BSNL of September(usage for first half of the month) is pending. The payment for this usage was made on 19th Oct.(around ten days before my number was blocked), the bsnl receipt number is SULSUL031********62. This is unified payment receipt for all three numbers. Billing is also unified for these three numbers on BSNL account number 101068263 as they are a part of BSNL family plan. Vodafone is not activating my numbers ********06 and ********61 and asking for separate receipts for these numbers (********93 was reactivated on 12th nov night). There is no any separate receipt for these numbers. Vodafone is not even accepting the "no dues" issued by BSNL for these number.

BSNL and Vodafone have harassed me very much physically and mentally and have troubled me a lot.
Now i have planned to send both of them a legal notice to activate my numbers and give compansation for their wrong doings
