Vodafone UP East - VODAFONE PREPAID NO. ISSUED TO OTHER CONSUMER

Good Day Sir,

I, Amit Kumar, have been issued Vodafone prepaid no. ********00 in march 2014.
This number has been deactivated twice by the company without any reasons and issued to other users.
Last activation was done on 15th May 2014 and now today its issued to some other user in lucknow.

Every time I have to suffer losses in my business due to this number unavailability issue.
Moreover, i have never been notified any reasons for the same.
All my original ID proof and documents are submitted couple of times but this endless torture is on and on.

I. myself is dealer of vodafone for more than 10 years and its all happening with me then you can imagine what tricks
are played to normal users.
Some services are activated on that number so my business is getting affected due to same.

Alternate Contact Number. - NOT AVAILABLE

Got to know from my sources that some officer (Mr. Mumtaz Khan) in lucknow is selling this number again and again to innocent users and then they are facing issues along with me.

Please look into the matter with urgent priority.
Self will be filing a FIR so that no wrong usage is done with my number.
Shall go to consumer court as well if this matter continues like this.

I am not able to understand how you are saying that there is no concern.
I am still struggling without my connection.

Below is the mail received which again says that the problem has been sorted out without mentioning how and when.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis as I am loosing my business apart from this never ending harrasment from vodafone.

Shall file a case to consumer court if no action taken even now.
