Vodafone Punjab - Re Activation and Deduction

Just some time before i logged a complaint and just after lodging the complaint there is again auto activation of Internet service on my number i.e. ********77 and deduction of 21 rs when i talked to Customer care Executive then they said for earlier complaint that it is activated by pressing *(Star) but when i talked to the senior Executive he told me that service is Activated by sending some code . Now tell me the exact thing what is correct . ccording to me nothing is correct they are just unusually deducting the ammount and i want my payment back
