Vodafone is advertising FREE 3G. In their adds they have not specified the areas in which the service is available. The only thing they write is "SMS 3G" to 111 to try free 3G.

Millions of people send the SMS. Which is NOT Toll Free! Money is deducted from account and the reply received is

"Vodafone 3G Service is not available in your town"

Imagine the amount to money the company is making by getting people to send text messages every now and then just to see if 3G arrived in their town!

Vodafone is cheating people and making money! Arrest them or something!!

Complainant's Goal: Vodafone apologises and returns the money to people who sent the sms
Complainant's Target: Vodafone Punjab
