i am cheated by vodafone service provider. it activeted caller tune by itself and blame me for that. it has deducted Rs 45 from my two mobile numbers ********08 & ********05 each. when enquired i am told that i hv activeted the tune. in fact i saw a miss call on my mobile and called back thinking may be of my friend, when i learned it is from company i disconnected the call after 7 sec. costomer carev told that this money will not be refunded at any cost. i asked them to connect to any senior but the drop call.
i feel like cheatedv and a loot is going on by vodafone to collect money from the costomers any way and pay to the income tax department. recently it was in nes that 12000 core rupees fine is imposed by high court to pay incometax department.
i have no other way to recover total 90 Rs from vodafone. pls help me. this will help other consumers from being looted by such fraudant companies.
