Dear Suzuki team,
I have bought gixer byke last 20-Oct-2017 ,still I am not get my RC book ...I have followed more than 20 times ....no proper response from Suzuki showroom....They dont have proper details about my RC book....I am facing traffic police issues while driving a byke daily....Need immediate solution for my RC book status and please educate to show room guys about customer handling and importance of documents because this kind of issues spoiled name of Suzuki brand.

The complaint for dealers. We have purchased suzki new access 125 four month old still now they not even provide RC book details and plz take care of this problem while purchasing they said truly worth of 5000 Ruppes watch free and will give as much soon now days are show room was closed. If i ask that valliSuzuki owner They said will give next week some time next month they are not cooperation with costumer. With in 10 days I need Rc Book and 5000 worth watch. If not do any type of action to them I will move for police station

Booked Suzuki Gixxer from Maya Motors (Suzuki Outlet) LB Road, Adayar in the month of Oct. Its almost 120 days now & still i did not receive RC book. Walked in to the showroom many times & they have a constant reply the registration happened in Ambattur RTO which is far & they are yet to collect the original. Every time they reply with "they would call back once they get the RC book". Suzuki should have a mechanism to get the feedback directly from customers post sales support by their dealers. Else the brand reputation would go for the toss.
