My name is Tapas Mandal I had purchased Suzuki gixxer bike on 14th Jm khandelwal motors Indore,
Since that day my bikes balance is not ok, eight times serviced but they r not able to solve the problem inspite of solving my problem argued wid me every time.
They don't accept the problem but they are serviced eight times, worst ccompany non skilled mechanics rude behavior all the time. Telling lie making fool all the time.
In service they have changed two times handle bar.
Two times front fork.
Four times opened my bikes fork.
When after all this they failed to solve the problem they started stupid talks like we hd changed. All this fr ur satisfaction
I mean rubbish If it is true any customer ll come and they ll ask fr parts change. The truth is bike is a defaulted peace and het don't want to change it that's y started telling lie this bike has no problem.
Suzuki companies manager Mr, vijendra Malik area manager has checked my vehicle and maked falls report to the company due to relation with the dealer.
Any layman ll see this bikes problem and all these technical people r nt able to see the problem how this is possible.
I met wd an accident two times that also I had informedto the company but still they r trying to ignore me.
Now Suzuki manager and dealer started saying customer is having sycological problem.
I can't people can do such cheap thing.
I am an MBA graduate from Pune university wd distinction.
Work wd four big corporates.
Awarded three times in bike racing. I mean they can't make fool to everyone.
This company Suzukimotorcycle is the worst company launch first sports bike and failed they can launch bike but service is ghatiya
