SUZUKI Motorcycle - SUZUKI HAYATE A Faulty Bike sold to me

It’s about more than 5 months, when I purchased the worst bike of the world SUZUKI Hayate. And from the date till now I am seeking for the resolution but neither agency nor the company is helping me to fix the issue. Here is the full story….

I have purchased Suzuki Hayate bike before 5 months back from Natraj Bike Auto Pvt Ltd
223/4, Opposite Ajit Cinema, Near Telephone Exchange, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Gurgaon – 122001. And from the very beginning I am facing bubbling and poor mileage problem with the bike. For more than 15 times I told the agency service manager and mechanic to fix this issue but they always ignored, and gave me different excuses. The mechanic of service centre told me that bike's wheel has problem they will change but still the problem remain same.

Then I talked to the agency director Mr. Ram Yadav for the same first he tried to help me but now he is also just making excuses. Every time I tried to get a solution from agency's mechanic and the person (Pankaj) dealt with me during the purchase, Pankaj is simply denying to reply me and saying it’s not my responsibility and do whatever you can. He behaved really rudely. Then I tried to talk to other persons but no one is responding to me properly and every time they are just making excuses. And the worst is they are asking money to fix the problem and even not telling me what they are doing with it.

I left my bike for more than four days in the service centre but still problem remain same. Last time I met with Mr. Farzan (Service Manager), (after discussing with director) he assured me to fix the issue and asked to leave the bike in the services centre but after a week when I asked what happened they are not able to tell me anything, simply they are asking for wait for some more time.

Now I am fed-up with the services SUZUKI motorcycles is providing and hope no one else would purchase this worst (GHATIA) bike after knowing the problems. And why only this who knows the same is happening with others as well.
