Here is my complete communication with the helpdesk to which i never got any response..
With this communication I attached both the receipts of failed transactions.
Please guide me how to recover my money.

Ref: Online recharge - transaction no MSBI2********5
I paid rs 125/- towards online recharge today morning at about 10.00 am, the recharge successful message appeared. But still till now neither did I receive the recharge confirmation nor it is reflected in my balance.
Can you please guide me what to be done in such a scenario? I am attaching herewith the receipt of the same transaction.
Same is repeated today on 18th April 12. attaching both the failed transaction receipts for your reference.
Please help.

I have already sent a complaint regarding failed transaction to helpdesk.mumbai@mtnl.net.in from which i was redirected to dolphin_helpdesk@mtnl.net.in but till now i got no reply.
The date of trransactions was 17th and 18th april 12 and 5 days are already passed.
This is a follow up of the same complaint.
Please look into the matter urgently and refund my amount.
