Look at Ford India/Virbrant Ford, Khairtabad, Hyderabad delaying car delivery and no response: Chain of mails from July 3rd,2013.....


Dear Ford Motors Company,

As said before, I am an unfortunate customer who had booked Ford Eco Sport AT variant, Kinetic blue with Vibrant Ford Dealer in Hyderabad. I'm applying for refund of booking amount as dealer/ford India has failed to deliver as promised at the time of booking: 3-4months from date of booking: July 3rd,2013.

Now, after 6 months of waiting the dealer is still not giving me my delivery status nor is he willing to allot any other equivalent vehicle . All these months I tried to connect with Ford India for assistance, all efforts have been futile.

As discussed today personally with Mgr. Issaq(Vibrant Ford Manager) regarding refund/allotment of vehicle, It’s being communicated to me that I can very well go ahead with refund procedure as dealer is not able to meet the expected delivery which is due since Oct-Nov 3rd,2013 and that Ford India is not delivering the variant I had booked.

Thanks Ford India/Mgr. Issaq!!!!, though I booked in the first week after Eco sport launch.



I'm going the legal way now as its too frustration to handle the situation if I don't get 100% refund of my booking amount in a week time as stated by Mgr. Issaq.

Dear Ford Motors Company,

I am an unfortunate customer who had booked Ford Eco Sport AT variant with Vibrant Ford Dealer in Hyderabad.

After 5 months of waiting the dealer is still not giving me my delivery status. Have been trying to connect with Ford India for assistance, all efforts have been futile. It’s being communicated to me by customer care people that Ford India has stopped the manufacturing of the variant i had booked. Ford India and their dealers are misguiding people by implying delaying tactics.

Ford India is keeping us waiting unaware, cheated and misguided.



I am planning to go the legal way now as its too frustration to handle the situation.

This is with reference to Late delivery of Eco sport Titanium-Automatic Transmission. Kindly register a complaint.



I have booked Ford Eco sport Titatnum-Automatic Transmission Kinetic Blue on 03rd July in the name of NARESH RAJ G, with Vibrant Ford, Khairtabad. Due to various reason from the end of Ford Dealer or incapable to meet the Delivery, I have not yet received my Delivery which was then said 3 months, and some recommendation might have pushed my number down the order for e.g. There are few customers(far relatives of mine) who had received Eco sport in 2 Weeks who booked on a later date than me.



To add more worry to the impending waiting period, ford has gone ahead and increased the prices by 5%. I have booked this car early just to avoid a price hike from Ford company but still had fallen prey to your pricing strategy. With 11Lakh on-road, Ecosport appears to be costly for my budget.



Like several other customer who booked Ford Ecosport in the month of July, I am also now reconsidering my option whether to buy or cancel the booking. I still don’t have any confirmation from the dealer regarding the delivery as well as the pricing. The sales executive(Mr.Gnanendra) with whom I was assured for the booking & delivery has resigned and so now none of them are giving a tentative date regards the delivery.



Please respond to this mail let me know,

1) When will I get the Vehicle on Road. Let me know my VID no. Copy of Booking receipt attached.
