dear company my car FORD IKON has accident,my car no is MP 09 CE 4811,I give my car REPAIR at ur INDORE workshop VINAYAK FORD PVT LTD At the date 05/06/2010 & they didn't repair my car till todays date 25/08/2010.i called him, they tell us ur driver & cliners side SEATS & DESKBOARD is not avaliable in work shop.the workshop spareparts manager mr.SHARMA said to me i ordered ur seat & deskboard AT THE DATE 11/08/2010 but not AVAILABLE in FORD COMPANY . pls tell me how can possible this ,the company who manufatuture the new car & they have no spareparts . THE deskboard Of our car ordered at 2 times but the company give different colour deskboard .desk board didn't match from my old colour who fited in my car.they told me i send ur engine & chesis no send to company for colour mathing of deskboard but company send other colour deskboard.pls you tell me this is my mistake or companies mistake.i call daily 2 or 3 times in a day but workshop man said car has complited but seat & deskboard not available .i am very tired at this time.pls give answer or solution of my problem.i am waiting for ur reply or ur call.THANKS
