I had booked a ford ecosport ecoboost titanium on june 13th with a payment of Rs.50,000/- The booking was started on this day and according to the dealer (elite ford,marthahalli, bangalore) i was the fifth person to book the car. I was told that the car would be delivered in maximum 3 months. It has been 4 months and there is no news of the car. The dealer has delivered over 100 cars and refuses to tell me anything. I have contacted ford customer care and they have been of no help and are saying that they are not manufacturing that particular variant.
I dont understand why they advertised the product and took the booking if they had no intention of manufacturing it. This is cheating.
