I had ordered a mobile phone thorugh Naptol Website. Firtst time i received the delivery, it was a faulty and second hand peice.
I logged a complaint in Naptol and the took my mobile phone back with promise that they will re-deliver the new peice.
Now after one moth I am still waiting for the phone. In Naptol system, they have marked my order status as delivered and order is closed.
Also, Naptol customer care has some good team where they decide if some specific order customer calls, they start giving answers like system is down and many such silly reasons. And to the extreme level they cut the phone on customers face.
So better never go for Naptol.
