naptol - Not providing refund for damaged product.

I had purchased headphones on 12/02/2015 and delivered on 13/02/2015 when I opened the product I found it damaged and intimated the Naptol.com on their customer care number on 14/02/2015.
They told me to send back the product and arranged the reverse pickup the same was handed over to the courier on 17/02/2015 to Aramex (AWB 40********6) the same was delivered to them on
2/18/2015 8:11:00 PM. Complaint no (8914887)
I had called the NAPTOL executives number of times but they first tried to deny that the product has not been received when I showed them proofs and conveyed number times the details of the AWB numbers only then they able to identify that the product has been received.
But now when ever I call them up for refund they are always saying to do it with in 48-72 hours. But they are not providing me any details or status of my refund.No body is trying to listen the problem.
