Sir, i ordered through mobile and purchased a Datawind Tablet for Rs. 5398/- (4999 + 399) under order No 16108838. But this product is really unuseable. This product is not meeting the basic quality of mobile too. I upset with this product and i never expected such a cheating to me. I am serving personnel of Army and unable visit show room like civilian to purchase. This is a good lesson for the responsible citizen. I lodged my complaint on ********00. They given me assurence for refund and exchange several times but so far nothing has been done.

Please do the needful, the money spent on this purchse is earned after putting more hardships.
