I have purchased Naptol Car dent remover with scratch remover pen and got delivery on 09 Feb 2011 vide my order No. 132586 and First Fligh, AWB No. 1658893. But have not received full product that is I have not received proper packed items. I have received less products as mentioned following:-

I have not received : (a) Gum stick gun with Car dent remover
(b) plus I have not received combo offer Car scratch remover
Pen
(c) I have not received Operating Mannual

Complainant's Goal: I want complete product or my Money Back
