Onida - "I am not satisfied with your service"

I am not satisfied with the service.

I bought this Microwave Convection 28BJS17B (28 LTR CONV 123 AUTO COOK) on 29th of May this year and I was told that the technician would come to install it and explain about all its functionalities. He came and just installed and when asked to explain the functionalities he just took us through the control panel and never explained about the glass tray temperature limit. Now one fine day I kept some ready to cook seek kabab on the grill mode for 20 minutes and after about 17 minutes of operation the glass tray broked. I raised a complaint for its replacement on 29/08/2010 (complaint no. 100********655) and it took them 12 days to send their technician (10/09/2010) to replace the broken glass tray.
The technician then demanded Rs 850/- against the glass tray, so I asked him the list of things which are covered in the warranty, he didnot have an answer so he called up some guy called "PAUL" who was a ill-mannered man with no respect for the customer satisfaction. I was extremely **** by that behaiviour and so I asked to provide his full name to raise a complaint against him, for that also he didnot revealed his full name and just asked me to raise a complaint against "PAUL".

Is there a way I can return this product, because I cannot tolerate such scenarios in future. Please suggest.
