sir, i have call the dealer Vaid Electronices, 5G-1, Market No. 5, Faridabad many times for service of my Onida split AC 1.5 Ton 5star model no. S118SLH5 since from the month of Feb 2010 but all times the said dealer pretext on one and another never pay any heed on my complaint, in the month of April 2010 an engeenier who called himself as Attar Singh told that he came for sevice of my AC from Onida Service Center and he come to my house and service the AC in this service he only wash the filter of Ac, we request him to check the Cooling and comprasor of the AC but he totally ignore the same. he force me to sing the AMC scheme of Rs. 1300/- per year as per his assurance all the damages shall be covered under the said scheme. after the said service now on 20-05-2010 AC completly fail to cool. it seems that Company service men only intrested to AMC Scheme not to do their work of service as the company promise at the time of purchasing of its products. so it is reqested to you to repair my AC of replace the defective parts of the same immedialtly otherwise it will assume that Onida company is only intrested to sell its product and not intrested to give the service to their costumer.
