Sub: Misbehaviour by Your service Engineer
I am working in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd,Engine Division,Koraput, a defence Public Sector Enterprises.
I have bought your Onida 21 Ky Theatre Model No: 21HT3 Chasis No: HT3-4094 on 25th Oct 2003 and it was up to my satisfication. A few few month back I had faced a problem with my remote which was not working though with new battries.
For that i contacted your service Engineer over phone to bring a new remote from Bhubaneswar,Orissa as i am staying far away from Bhubaneswar.He was always promising me to bring a new remote with my repeated contacts through one month.At last now i brought a new remote from Bhunaswar with much difficulty. so when i contacted him and told\" why are you giving onlly lip services over 1 month if you are not capable\" he is saying defiantly that you complain to whom you want to complain I don\'t care to any body. iwas totaly shocked by this misbeahviour
deeply hurt by his behaviour i am asking you\" is it your representative recruited by you carrying such type of misbehaviour?\"
