Sir!
I am Naga Rajeshwar Rao Gangu, I am working as Additional Public Prosecutor in Assist. Sessions Court, Jangaon town, Warangal District, Andhra Pradesh. I have purchased a new vehicle i.e. WagonR Duo having its Registration No. AP36AQ9817 in the year 2012. while I am coming from Warangal to Jangaon on the N.H. 163, one Eicher van driver blown horn in continuous manner and drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and in speedy manner for that to give way to that vehicle I moved to left side of the road [on B.T.], when the said van passing through by the side of my vehicle, suddenly mud spread over on my wind glass. Due to the sudden incident I could get slow my vehicle by controlling the same, but there are two pedestrians going on the road to save them I could control my vehicle in that process, the engine oil filter [ which is fitted and designed in defective manner by the company] was broken and the engine oil was shed out on the road and the vehicle was running condition at that time also... in the journey itself the engine was struck without giving any indication or caution light.. It is also the company defect. It was occurred on 27-10-2013 [Sunday] I have intimated the same to the "Adarsha Maruti Suzuki show room" at Jangaon from where I have purchased my vehicle. But they did not respond. However they brought the vehicle on the following day i.e. on Monday and they estimated the repair cost is Rs.50,000/- But the vehicle is within 2 years of my purchase due to the defect of the company the engine was struck on the road. I requested them to apply for warranty. But they are not bothered to give any help to the claim of warranty. Therefore I am in need of your support in granting the warranty and get the repair on the cost of the company.
