Sai Point Honda - I am not satisfied with your product and the service

From the day of Purchase I have been complaining about the problem in the battery given to me at the time of delivery of the said vehicle, The Self Start would never be use in the morning and whenever the bike is standing idle for 4 to 5 hours. I have complained the same to the executive at Sai Point Honda, Mira Road for the same on 18-05-2011 he told me to visit Ganesh battery and check the same, I visited Ganesh Battery on 19-05-2011 and he told me to come again after 10 days, and when I visited after 10 days he told me that the battery is OK and gave me a advice vide CRN NO. BOR/BOR/EX/11/16083 but the problem persists then again on 17-11-2011 I had given my battery to Sai Point Honda, Mira Road Branch regarding the same complaint they check the Starter Relay, Self Start Switch, Starter Motor, Etc and found OK and told to leave the battery with them and to visit again after 10 days and after 10 days they told me that the battery is OK and gave me a advice vide Challan No. BOB/BOB/11/7730 but again the problem persists then on 02-01-2012 I have visited Suraj Battery, Vasai regarding the battery problem, he also gave me assurance that he will change the battery but on 12-01-2012 when I visited his shop he told me that the battery is OK and working fine but today i.e. on 21-05-2012 when I have given my bike for servicing at Sai Point Honda, Mira Road the executive told me that the battery is not working properly and you will have to change the same and pay us the purchase price.
Now I would like to ask you :-
1) That why after the warranty of the Battery the executive of Sai Point Honda, Mira Road is asking me to change the battery.
2) That is it true that Honda is making fool of the customer by giving them the product that is not working fine.
3) That whether Honda is busy making Fast Money and compromising with the quality of its Vehicles.
4) After sale the Honda executive is not ready to support the customer.

After all this do you think that I would recommend any person to buy Honda Vehicle as the problem I am facing the same could be faced by them tomorrow.

I would like you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
