Hi,

I had inquired about HONDA UNICORN at the SAI POINT HONDA showroom at TEMGHAR, BHIWANDI.
I wanted a UNICORN with SILVER Metallic colour, after speaking with the sales executive TRUPTI, she co ordinated with her Supervisor Chandrakant that whether the colour was available for Delivery on 27th OCT 2013.

After talking to the sales Executive i confirmed that i wanted silver colour only and not any other colour.
The executive assured me that the bike with silver colour would be delivered on 27th OCT 2013.

I also informed her that if it was not available let me know i wont make the booking over here, but as this was confirmed i made the booking amount by paying the complete down payment that i had to pay(RS -27000)

I regularly followed up with Trupti and she co ordinated with her supervisor Chandrakant and told me that Silver colour has been arranged for the delivery. I was doing this as i was gifting this bike to my brother on his birthday (29th Oct).

On Sunday 27th OCT again it was confirmed about the delivery and i informed Trupti that i will be coming on 28th Monday at 10 AM for the delivery of the BIKE.

On 28th morning Trupti informs me saying that SILVER colour is not available for delivery, this was a disastrous shock for me because i had committed my brother for the same.

This was a very annoying situation and was really very angry , I had no other option and i had to forcefully choose BLACK colour as i wanted to gift it to my brother.

This has made me very unhappy and bringing negative thoughts about service provided by HONDA dealers.
Why was the commitment made if it had not to be fullfilled.

We take decisons to be happy, but this decision of selecting a black colour was taken by the HONDA dealers at TEMGHAR bhiwandi.
A helmet was also booked at the time of delivery but that was also not given to me saying that there is a shortage of helmets.
