Ford India Limited - Fraud by Ford in delivery of vehicles to pre booking customers

I had booked Ford ecosport vehicle on 14th June (Pre Launch) by paying Rs 50000 advance. I was promised delivery in 2nd week of july at that time. Later after launch they changed the delivery date to July end. After July end they bluntly told me there is no vehicle for delivery to me. I checked out with many people and found that Ford Dealers are making delivery to new customer by taking extra money while keeping the pre launch booking customers on hold for those variant where demand is very high. I had raised this unfairness to Ford Management by writing several mails but they refused to do anything about it while claiming that everything is in order. When i told them to give the list of people who were already given delivery and when they have done the booking, they flatly refused to give that information and arrogantly told me to cancel the booking. I want them to be penalized for being unfair to the customers who had done pre launch booking. They kept the customers money in advance, wasted their time and then refused to give any delivery date. Although i had to cancel booking when they didn't deliver even after 45 days of booking and refuse to give any date for delivery. But i want them to be penalised for cheating customers like this.
